For a large multi-state and international health care provider, the Royer
Maddox Herron team led the organization to understand and act upon the
profound and impactful changes coming from the intersection of significant
and the least predictable trends. The increasing trajectory of technological
advances during a time of challenge caused by declining reimbursement
and constricted financial flexibility was a ‘perfect storm’
for disaster. As a result of our work this health system was well prepared
with substantial cash reserves, a forward looking integrated clinical
structure, a balanced organizational and geographic profile and all came
years before the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
