Aligning governance with executive leadership and competencies is a key
to success in any organizational transformation. In today’s increasingly
complex and challenging environment operational fundamentals such as financial
stability, unassailable clinical quality and safety, and unambiguous,
transparent engagement with all stakeholders is an absolute necessity.
But more is needed. The RMHA team is experienced and current in operational
improvement techniques, strategic alignment, governance skills, and leadership
development. We have in the past and are currently now engaged with clients
needing to push the boundaries in value-based purchasing, accountable
care, and building and execution of a shared vision and related strategies.
What is also helpful is our capability at guiding leaders through the,
